      Eligibility requirements for the Temporary Worker Visa

      The Temporary Worker Visa has certain standard eligibility requirements to be met. A UK Sponsor will be required to endorse you along with providing you a Certificate of Sponsorship. Although, certain exceptions exist for this case. UK entry clearance can be obtained without a job offer, for a select number of countries whose citizens apply through the Youth Mobility Scheme.

Within the points-based system, there are five categories of Temporary Worker. It should be clear that the additional Youth Mobility Scheme is not entirely an employment path.

You can do this under the Temporary Worker Visa ‘Creative and Sporting’ bracket. Following criteria is mandatory for the sportspeople:

      • They need to be internationally established in their field; or
      • Their job must make a significant contribution to the development and running of their sport at the highest level.
